I generated the image, but used Grammarly for syntactical purposes. And accommodated the language to make it less academic. No use of Al, though I can see great benefits to it. Nevertheless, I remain highly suspicious at this stage, especially in my field.

I would like to point out that if you were using Grammarly to reword or 'accommodate' the language, it may make language suggestions that will sound AI generated. Avoiding those sorts of tools could help your posts from sounding generated. But that is just my two cents.
