ReformCon, Apologia, James White, and Old Friends
The conference also provided me with ample time to address questions regarding the Sacraments and the CREC's beliefs. No matter where I go, people want to know more about this small denomination.
We returned from Arizona last evening. Our luggage is in the living room because we are only going to rearrange it and then fly out to Calgary, Canada, for several days. I will be delivering talks on the CREC and meeting with several Canadian pastors who are considering affiliation with the CREC. With this pattern of growth, I can easily envision a Canadian presbytery in a few years.
I thought I’d summarize a bit of our time at ReformCon before we venture into our second of five long trips in five weeks. I will try to provide a summary of my Arizona CREC visit, which I may include in a bonus update tomorrow.
ReformCon
The Arizona trip was a tremendous blessing. It allowed me to do quite a bit of networking as well as spend time with our new CREC works in Tucson and Mesa. I had heard of ReformCon for a few years, so it was an excellent opportunity to represent the CREC. My schedule is so demanding these days, so it requires an extra enticement for me to attend a conference where I am not speaking.
