The husband leads his wife into green pastures and beside still waters. He shepherds her in such a fashion that she walks alongside him, not ahead of him.
I have been in Moscow for exactly a week. The level of movement in this little town explains my weariness and provides the excuse for this one-day delay for my subscribers. My time has been quite flavorful, networking with some productive saints and catching up with old friends. Around here, you walk as a part-time job, so I have probably clocked to and fro about a mile or two each day. I have also noted that the vehicle they have for me has barely moved from the half-tank status. According to the locals, if you drive more than a few minutes, you have driven too far.
The additional benediction of this place is that the interactions are deep and wide. Moscow hosts a variety of ministries ranging from the comedic to the political and sometimes the two shall mix.
The Moscow tribes also seem to have a particular sense of time. They keep up with things happening in the political world and within evangelicalism. We might even say the politics of evangelicalism. My casual discourses around here are varied, but the one that keeps returning due to Musk’s kingdom is the brouhaha surrounding the role of man and woman in the home.
