So, you talk about the Jewish influence and Sabbath from Friday to Saturday. And then you encourage us to attend church tomorrow on the Lords day.

Both.

Many Puritans followed the model from sundown to sundown. Kirk used it as a day to distance himself from worldly activities. I find it commendable.

But I also wanted to draw our attention to the fact that the Lord's Day is our great Sabbath day. Whether there are differences, it's irrelevant. Kirk would have been at church tomorrow, which, to me, is the true Sabbath rest Yahweh promised.
